  • Counselling

    You can refer to us on our business line (Mon – Thu: 9:30 – 3pm) or on our Emotional Support Line  where our trained staff will be able to support you.

    Counselling is one of the main ways we support and empower women who may be experiencing difficulty in coming to terms with what has happened to them.

  • ISVA Support

    An ISVA is an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor; a trained specialist who offers non-judgemental, practical and emotional support to survivors of sexual abuse who are thinking of reporting to the police.

  • Emotional Support Line

    Our confidential, local Emotional Support Line is open for anyone who has been directly or indirectly affected by sexual violence, abuse or domestic violence.

  • Recovery Toolkit

    The Recovery Toolkit is a 12 week course which aims to provide you with all the knowledge you need to recover from the effects of living with domestic abuse.

  • Mindfulness Group

    Unfortunately our Mindfulness Group is currently paused. We know this will be difficult for some survivors, but if you need support during this time please call our helpline where you will be able to talk to trained staff who will be able to support you.

    Our group offers women who have experienced sexual violence or domestic abuse a safe space to learn the practical skills of mindfulness.
