Men and Boys

RSACC is run by and for women and our mission is to support and empower women and girls whilst working to end rape and sexual violence in Darlington and County Durham.

Currently there are no equivalent services at all in our area for boys and men who would like to talk to someone about rape or sexual abuse. Until this changes, we welcome referrals from male survivors, either self-referrals or through trusted partner organisations as we are able to support boys and men in alternative premises to our women only safe space.

Our confidential services available to men and boys include;

  • Counselling
  • Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs)
  • Emotional Support Line

If you would like to know more, we have some further information on our FAQ page.
